Curvy Yoga Six-Week Series

Have you been curious about yoga, but hesitated to try it because you don’t think you have a “yoga body”? Would you like to gain more strength and flexibility in a way that works for your body right now, just as it is?

Curvy Yoga was created to help you cultivate a yoga practice that is body affirming and meets you where you are.

People in large, stiff, or inflexible bodies, as well as brand new beginners, can benefit from this gentle practice. We move at a slower pace, using options and props to make each pose work for each body.

We connect with our breath. We learn to appreciate our bodies just a little bit more. All bodies welcome and respected.
When: Sundays for six weeks beginning July 23 (July 23, 30 and August 6, 13, 20, 27) from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm.

Where: Sunbeams Yoga Studio, 8631 Seminole Trail, Ruckersville VA 22968

Cost: $66.00 for the six-week session

What to bring: a water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. There are yoga mats, props, and accessories available, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one and prefer to use it.
