People in large, stiff, or inflexible bodies, as well as brand new beginners, can benefit from this gentle practice. We move at a slower pace, using options and props to make each pose work for each body.
We connect with our breath. We learn to appreciate our bodies just a little bit more. All bodies welcome and respected.
