About Sunbeams Yoga Studio
Sunbeams Yoga is an accessible studio space located in the Countryside Commons office building on the Southbound side of Route 29 in Ruckersville, Virginia.
The studio has a changing area, waiting room, and an 860 sq ft practice space with dense foam cushioned flooring. There is accessible parking at the front of the building, and no stairs to navigate to enter the studio.
The atmosphere at Sunbeams Yoga is relaxed and friendly. Come as you are! We welcome your curiosity, your questions, and your presence. All ability levels and body types are welcomed and embraced here.
We offer classes, workshops, and special events guided by caring Teachers who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment for your yoga practice.
Sunbeams Yoga is located at 8767 Seminole Trail, Suite 103, in Ruckersville. We are located in the two-story brick building along with State Farm Insurance, in the same parking lot as the Ruckersville Post Office.
